The fall is crazy busy for everyone. Companies are launching new services and products, PR and marketing agencies are receiving the green light on a backlog of projects, and courses like UofT School of Continuing Studies’ ‘Social on the Inside: Digital Strategies for the Enterprise’ are back in session.

So if your intention was to attend the great line-up of sessions at Social Media Week Toronto (or any other city around the world for that matter) but it didn’t happen, don’t fret.

Jon Stewart said “The internet is just a world passing notes around a classroom.” So yes, you can still absorb lots of the goodness of Social Media Week online. For example, if you’re interested in social media and education you may want to watch the panel with @martinwaxman, @dibegin, @edenspodek and yours truly @cyrusmavalwala. Advantis recorded the live feed so you can still watch this lively panel discussion on the Advantis YouTube Channel. Martin also captured the Tweets with storify.

If you’re looking for more information on social media education in the workplace, you might also find this recent newspaper article an interesting read – Workplace demand grows for social media training.

If you attended a #SMWTO session that offered great value please do share the details!
