In the event of termination of any user’s privileges on the Advantis Site, that user will no longer be authorized to access the bulletin boards, participate in chat room discussion, news groups or forums of any kind. Any and all restrictions imposed upon the user with respect to material downloaded from the bulletin boards and any and all disclaimers and limitations of liabilities set forth in these Terms and Conditions shall survive such termination of the user’s privileges on the Advantis Site. Advantis shall have the right at any time to change or discontinue any aspect of the website’s operation.
