At Kodak Canada Inc., Ernesta was responsible for developing and implementing the B2B and end-user go-to-market strategies for strategic products in the Professional Division. She was also responsible for developing the distribution strategy and driving marketing and sales efforts through key IT, photo, video and digital distributors and dealers.
At Ingram Micro Canada Inc., Ernesta managed the channel marketing efforts for top-tier imaging vendors in the Canadian IT channel. She conceived and launched the highly profitable Digital Imaging Newsletter and was the publisher for the Consumer Buyer’s Guide.
Before joining Ingram Micro, Ernesta designed and implemented a customer-centric ISO9002 quality system for Leybold Canada Inc. While in a sales role at Leybold, Ernesta grew the contact database by 150 per cent and launched a new product for the Canadian educational market.
Since graduating from the University of Toronto with an Honours Degree in Environmental Science, Ernesta has participated in numerous executive business, sales and presentation programs.
