Adrian is a renowned change management and internal communications expert with over twenty years experience as strategist, executive coach, speaker and author. Adrian is on the board of Australian-based IT company Evolve-IS, is a director on the International Association of Business Communicators (IABC) international board and is the previous past president of the IABC in Victoria, Australia.

Adrian developed the Black Belt Internal communication program for Melcrum and continues to present this premier development program.

He guest lectures at RMIT University and has been a keynote speaker and workshop leader on change communication at international conferences in the USA, Europe, Malaysia, Singapore, China, India, Hong Kong, New Zealand and Thailand.

Adrian and his team won an IABC Gold Quill Award for Ericsson’s CEO communication strategy in 2004.
